Using this site

The content and design of this site are ours. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission. The site is provided “as is”.

Our work together

Project scope, estimates, payment terms and ownership are agreed in writing before we start. On full payment, the software and design we build for you are yours.

Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, premium tools and similar third-party costs are billed separately or paid by you directly, as agreed.

Care plans

Ongoing care is a separate, optional arrangement with its own terms — no unlimited edits, and larger custom work is quoted separately.

Donations

Gifts through this site are voluntary and processed securely by Paystack. They support the Kingdom Come Foundation's free and subsidised builds for under-resourced churches, and are applied at our reasonable discretion — or toward a specific build you choose. The Foundation is in formation, so gifts are not yet tax-deductible. Donations are generally non-refundable; if something went wrong with a gift, email daniel@crosscoders.co.za and we'll put it right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
